A delicious Gujarati Dish :
Tomato curry with papad.
Just the normal diced tomatoes, tadka with Heeng.
Cut up Lijjat papad into thin strips and mix into the boiling curry.
The strips becomes moist and slightly chewy. Delicious, fast-to-cook and easy to eat ;-)

How to make sprouts
Soak grains of different types (peas, groundnut etc) overnight.
In the morning drain and wrap in moist cloth.
In a day they'll sprout into healthy sprouts.

Lightly stir-fry sprouts Or microwave with bit of oil, salt and pepper.
This reduces the side-effect of raw-sprouts - gas.
Low calorie, delicious, healthy food.

Soya (nuggets) 65:
Golden brown onion, finely chopped chillies, ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, chilli-sauce, salt.
Make corn-starch solution.
Boil soya nuggets.
Mix in the nuggets with onion etc.
Add corn starch to get a creamy, delicious, finger-lickin' sauce.
Heat for 1 minute.

Soya contains no fat and is really useful in reducing cholesterol.

Sauted Sweet Corn/Mushroom
Cut mushroom into easy-to-eat pieces. Add a Spot of salted-butter.
Microwave for 3 minutes. Delicious and healthy stuff waiting to be eaten.
